We are proud to announce that #GCBHS has been named to the Top Workplace USA list for the 3rd straight year in a row. Top Workplaces offers regional employer recognition in more than 60 markets including Cincinnati (GCBHS has been a local Top Workplace since 2010). The national USA award is announced annually (since 2021) and recognizes organizations across the country that have built exceptional, people-centric workplace cultures.

According to the Top Workplace USA website, this year more than 1,270 companies across four staff sizes were recognized as 2023 Top Workplaces USA national winners. The Top Workplaces USA national award is open to organizations with 150 or more U.S. employees. Participating companies are evaluated on employee feedback captured in a survey by Energage (a confidential, research-based engagement company, ).
