We are writing to provide an update on the changes occurring related to your care, as the staff of Solutions will become employees of Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) on Monday March 3rd.
What You Need to Know:

1)    The most important thing to know is that you will keep working with the same team of Doctors., Nurses, Counselors, Case Managers, and other staff.
Â
2)Â Â Â Â You will continue to be served at offices in Lebanon and Wilmington.
 Â
3)    The amount you pay for services will not change in March, and will follow the same fee, subsidy, and fee waiver policies for all clients in Warren and Clinton Counties.
Â

What You Need to Do:
1)    Continue working with your current Solutions team members as you have been. Talk to them if you have any questions or concerns about these changes.
Â
2)    Sign new admission paperwork when asked by your Solutions staff members, if you wish to continue working with them.
Â
3)Â Â Â Â Let your Solutions staff members know if you do not wish to continue working with them, so they can refer you to other services if you wish.
Â
On behalf of the staff of Solutions and Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS), we look forward to welcoming you to the GCBHS Community.
